Salsera / Salsa Bowl - San Marcos Tlapazola, Oaxaca

$20.00

This salsa comes from the highlands of Oaxaca in the Sierra Mixe Mountains, where the diverse micro-climates result in lower temperatures. The production of these clay bowls, which require heat for curing and baking, can often take several days or even weeks. These bowls are ideal for serving salsa, botanas / snacks, or small appetizers right at the table. The small hole is perfect for holding a small spoon or for hanging when not in use.

All the pieces are crafted without glaze and are certified safe for food use, free of lead. Due to their handmade nature, each piece may vary slightly from the photos, showcasing its unique character. Minor imperfections are to be expected.
